On their page about the upper right you will see a "try it now" link. click that it brings up their software page. There will be a brown rectangular link on the left center of the page that says download now or something. click that and save to your computer after install go to the USGS map page and use their "Map Locator" to find the map you want. A map of the US comes up and you drag and click to select an area. you will get the idea. once you find the area click on the radio button on the right of the map area that says locate or select something like that and click the quadrangle you want, that will put a red "pin" on that area. left click that pin and your options to download show up. download the map you want. after downloading the PDF file of the map, click on it and the terrago toolbar will automatically load with adobe acrobat reader (You have to have that installed too) and show the map . let me know if you have problems I'll try to post a link to the actual download page but I don't know if it will let me.
