Legislation from whom? Affecting whom? I am sure those countries HAVE such 'laws' but it doesn't mean much when the people enforcing them are being bribed with big fat Cayman Island accounts. Even if the international community could prove allegations like that (never happen! Who is footing the bill?) trying to enforce it when local authorities are corrupt is useless.
However, if we hear that they are changing Kiev to "Raccoon City", we'll know we have to start worrying.
