Default Yay almost done my winter layers setup. Pic inside.

I went through a really tough seperation a year ago and she gave all my gear away to spite me for leaving her (about 5k worth including my charlet moser ice axes, extra ropes, etc).

Over the past few months I have managed to work really hard and alot of double shifts to buy all new equipment for 4 season climbing again while getting the house paid off.

Today I purchased the North Face Venture Pants in Hyvent DT, Mountain Hardwear Polarstretch reversible midlayer, Camelbak 100 ounce unbottle winterized. Here's a pic hope you like.

Sorry you lost your original gear.

Thanks a bunch you two. Will make sure the new gear gets a thorough butt kicking this winter with all the bushwacking I plan in store and the peaks for the foundation I am supporting.

Got a link for that "winterized" unbottle? Also, did it come with a bite valve cover? Supposedly, Camelbak's new bladders are stronger than the older ones. I hear they are now referred to as "The Water Beast". Gotta get me one. Would be good for charity and/or potential barter.

Camelbak StoAway 100 oz. Insulated Hydration Reservoir

And I just took these pictures for you bud. Haven't even taken the plastic off off the bite valve yet. It's called the stoaway and purchased it for 34.99 at a local outfitters called hubert's. Hope this helps.

Default winter water

much struggling to keep drinking water going during some winter escapades coldest night out last year in tent -32c. sometricks i have found wear a smaller camelback inside coat on your chest front and always blow water back to inside. nalgene style bottels with homemade ensolite foam covers filled with hot water and kept inside coat ( add snow in small parts to keep supply up. have dog carry water in bladders in his pack close to his fur but drink it first as it doesnt last. and always carry lots of fuel for stove as you may not be able to count on making a fire.
