Default Frogg toggs

I bought a set of this rainwear and it is really nice. About $60 bucks for the pants, jacket and stuff sack in Realtree A.P of course. It is a Tyvec material, water and windproof but breathable. Your not wet underneath it like other rainsuits. I give it an A in the geargrade category.frogg toggs - Choose Product

that's quite a good price for a full set of breathable rain gear; thanks for the heads up stair

my experience w/ cheaper rainsuits (and rainsuits in general) if you have inadquate venting and your working hard is that you wet from the inside like you said; often walmart suits are considered "breathable" cuz they have some holes in the pits area.

just remember that they are not very tuff,so you have to be careful with them. Remember to pull up the pants before you squat down. A friend of mine while we were backpacking squatted down and ripped the seat out of them (good thing for duct tape). They are not good for bushwhacking!!!!!

I have the pair that has the bib pants, like them a lot

As loose as mine fits I doubt Ill rip out a seat but yes getting hung up in briers could prove to need a needle and thread, or duct tape. Ive had to patch my Bug-Tamer up a few times[i like dental floss] after ripping it and wondering how the skeeters were getting in. If theres a tear theyll find it.
