OK, here's the band on the hat:



And here's the band off the hat. I wrapped a piece of para cord outer shell around where I sewed the ends together so it wouldn't show:

So did I. I'm active on a few other forums and have never had this problem before. Is there a size limit on the photos we can post?

Edit: apparently there is. I resized the pics and they're showing up now. I'll remember the size limit in the future.
