Default Urban survival story

I've known Billy for 15 years. This happened last June. He was confident enough that he gave this interview (no lawyer present) the day after he killed two pukes in Louisville.

He's the nicest guy you'd ever meet... and now he's sort of a local hero: Messed with the wrong 70yr old man

No Tecumseh, he was never arrested or charged with a crime.

As far as civil liability goes, "Wrongful Death", is a death that is caused by the wrongful act or negligence of another. There will be no lawsuit against Billy; it would be unwinnable.

There are several defenses to such a lawsuit, but these two are the best:
Self-Defense: If the defendant had reasonable grounds to believe that loss of life or great bodily harm was imminent.

Decedent's Involvement in an Unlawful Act: If the decedent was participating in an unlawful act when he died, then the beneficiaries will not be able to recover. This is based on the theory that society does not want to reward unlawful acts.

I really liked his faked heart-attack, it was a good ploy that allowed him access to his weapon.

Some great words to live by.

Dunno why Batman hasn't been on, but C# is banned and won't be back. He picked way too many fights with way too many people. I for one won't miss that type of negative personality.

Yeah, it's one thing to have a disagreement, or even to get a little hot under the collar, but when folks go out of their way to try to provoke fights, and belittle people and their opinions just to make themselves feel superior, that is just over the line and has no place here. Ya gotta show a little respect and accept that other people see things differently, and that's what makes the world, and forums like this, go 'round.
