What is ZABA? I have his license plate # too, but can't seem to find jack!

Okay, I took CW's advise and Googled it. I considered using one of those programs, but with a PI, I was practically be guaranteed in finding him.

Glad to hear you are o.k. Unfortunately even if you wore any article of clothing to become more visible, it's the distractions that'll do you in as in talking on phones and ignoring the safety issues while driving. Myself I don't like talking on phones and driving, will pull over out of traffic if I absolutely need to talk to someone.
