 East German canteens
I hope this is the right place I found this place and ordered 4 of there canteens https://www.mainemilitary.com/produc...idproduct=2879 found a few on ebay for as much as 20 bucks each any body use these and is there a way to secure them to a pack guess I will find out in a few days but for the price i could not say no. thanks

I bought a bunch of these several years ago from a guy on Ebay. I think I got 10 of them for $12 or so but that was an unusual deal. This is a wise purchase. You can get 12 of them without covers for $20 at this site. I was looking (and drooling) around his site. If anyone feels the urge to give me a gift card, they're available there...He's got some good deals on common stuff that is very practical.

SMG once sold 20 for $20. And I passed. Now he's selling 20 insulated for $25: 20 New East German Military Canteens, Olive Drab, Military Surplus, Brand Not Specified at Sportsman's Guide BTW, be sure to cure the cups, mine left green goo in the dish washer. Wife was not amused. |
