Default Got a Buck 110!

I know, I talked about getting one before but I finally got it.

Who would have thought you could get such quality for such a price (I know...everyone here). The only other deal that can compare is a Mora!

I am blown away by the look, the feel and the fact that it has not changed over time. It's like holding history in the palm of your hands (knife porn moment!).

I, like most everyone, had one yeeears ago but didn't know what it was I had and just abused it (and then lost it). But now, as I hold it I appreciate what it is and how crazy it is it hasn't changed.

I am thinking of letting my Fallkniven A1 and my BucK get together and make a new breed of knife...the perfect breed....it will rule the world

It really is an overlooked value. I found one while walking on the beach a coupla years ago. Barely buried in sand and the fine edge was very rough. I took it to a professional sharpener. For $5 he sharpened the edge and blew some little rust spots off. I could shave with it now. And it will probably outlast me.

Eons ago, while in the Navy and reporting to my first ship, it seemed as though it was a right of passage for every newbie to get a Buck 110.....so I did. Good little knife.

xj35s;
Here's a link Buck 110 Folding Hunter : Cabela's to one. You can probably find them cheaper than that but this will give you an idea of what to look for at pawn shops etc. Hard to beat.

Sports Authority Online (gift card), so it was like $38 when all was said and done.

I think if you want the best price you need to go to a brick and mortar store or find some way to get free shipping like Amazon.

That's a dang great acquisition, Dang! Mine is on my belt, poking me in the back, as I type this. I've had mine since 1975. I bought it as my work-knife when I got hired at a woodworking factory. I have beat the livin' crap out of this knife, and it's still my most used folder. One dang good deal!
