I like buying a store pickled sausage in these little vinegary packs but they're expensive. Would like to do my own. Also like pickled eggs but ones I'm finding call for refrigeration. Bars don't refrigerate their pickled eggs. Sweet, dill and pepper relishes look extra good from here. No need to bother though I can probably google some up. You're one in a mill and I trust any recipe you have as you have been at it for quite some time. I'm just getting into this pickling and canning. A dieing art many of us are reverberating back to. Better yet, do you also pickle other foods aside from these?

I believe we are on the verge of the biggest economic collapes in our nation's history. Therefore, I am interested in joining the survival community you mentioned in a post. I have worked as a secuity guard for most of my life. Hence, I don't have many construction or survival skills. However, I am a good worker and willing to learn.
