It would seem that's the case, cause that was a direct quote from the listing. I believe if you look at it, it's at the very end.

I see it now. Hmm, I wonder how that happened. I had a parcel years ago, that I could USE anytime I wanted, and I paid dues for it, but I could never actually own it outright, and the lawyers told me that was just the way things worked there. Guess NAFTA was good for something, eh?

Don't know about the fingernail, but add a lemon wedge or shallow saucer of wine, citric juice, or vinegar to the rest and you have a rudimentary battery. Use a copper penny and a zinc or nickle coin and that paperclip snapped in half as wires and you could insert the coins into the lemon, use the paperclip "leads" to channel the electricity formed in the acid between the dipoles and catch the lint on fire with the .8v of electricity it would create.

It would seem that foreigners can own land in Mexico, but there are restrictions within 100 miles of the border or 50 miles of the coastline. But even then, there are huge legal loopholes. Heres some info:

Yeah, that explains it. I had a spot near the gulf coast. It must have been in the "restricted zone". Wonder how that will change now that so many retiring Americans are moving down there, because their SSI checks go so much farther?

And with the founding citizens all being survivalists, the economy would thrive since we are all cheapskates who don't export our money easily (more money coming in than going out is a GOOD thing). 800 acres of the land would be owned by an LLC which would deal in cattle, crops, bottled water, and manufacturing of various survival products, and that LLC would employ the founding citizens.
Wouldn't it be great tho? RR could be our sheriff and OH NO did I say that???? I meant MAC, OH NO , wrong again, CW? Avatar..... Oh My!!mama would you run the diner? Ron would be our all around go to for guy!
