Many of you mentioned the starflash signal mirror so I of course checked them out. After reading up on the specs about them I believe that is a far better one to have for emergency uses. I was really impressed with the distance it is capable of showing a signal.

They are great - by far the best signal mirror I have owned. I would avoid the Starflash Ultra though, as there have been some problems with them delaminating (I bleieve).

I do not have one in my GHB, but I should. I bought one a while ago but it now lives in my paint ball pack. They are great for looking around corners.

Thanks for that very helpful info. I am waiting for my star flash to arrive, and I have never used a signal mirror before.
