It was kind of cool.

Didn't foam try to come back out of drain?

I use baking soda to wash my hunting clothes. 1/4 - 1/2 cup depending on load size. It leaves them scent-free and has no UV brightners that turn camo almost floresant and fades all the black.

Yes, of course. But that foam is what helps to clear the drains and pipes and also the vinegar helps to deodorize

You want the foam which is actually CO2 being released.

place an small opened box of baking powder in the back of your fridge and it will absorb all the nasty smells and keep any form of fungus at bay.

similarly for those with stinky feet (first off see a doctor you may have a fungal infection) but a good way to geat rid of stinky feet syndrome is 1 teaspoon of baking powder in your boots/shoes once or twice a week (makes your feet smell a bit like a bakery though lol)

we also used to use it as a pain relief on wasp and bee stings (similarly you can use brown malt vinegar - not the clear spirit vinegar - and the pain relief is instant)
