I got my annual flu shot along with the H1N1, so did the wife. My 9 year old son got his at school a few days ago. The H1N1 was free, the annual flu shot was $20. I read all the hype about the swine flu, both good and bad. I decided the best course of action and safest plan for my family was to get the shots. In the service I was innoculated with every vaccine that was out there. Small Pox, Full set of Amthrax, Anti-Malaria meds, yearly flu shots. I have never really been sick except for a few small colds. If you are wanting to get the vaccination it is out there, call a local clinic.

I've decided to not go ahead and get it, I just don't ever trust the government entirely...especially when it has such huge media coverage. It doesn't hurt either that I am a low risk, 29, healthy, work from home...if I had children or was in any other situation I'd probably have got it.
